2 am Meditation

For years I struggled with waking up at 2am in a panic and unable to fall back asleep. I would scroll on my phone, listen to a podcast or jest let my thoughts race in a self-hatred anxiety spiral. But since I started a consistent meditation practice, I have been sleeping through the night without interruption. I hope this meditation provides relief for anyone who can relate to 2am anxiety.
