Today I made coloring pages with a message about RAIN for my classess. RAIN is a mindful framework for dealing with anxious thoughts it stands for: Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture. It is a great strategy to use when you are feeling uncertain and not sure what to do. It’s a way to go inside yourself and find out why you are feeling the way you are, and to sit with it instead of pushing your feelings away or denying them.
