Mindfulness Monday: Macrame
Today we made macrame bracelets. Macrame is the art of knotting thread or string in patterns to create a decoration. I am gave students embroidery thread, scissors and tape and we followed this video to make our bracelets.

They used slime, foam, and dough to create Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) sounds and they added things like glitter and LED lights for an added visual effect.
