Mindfulness Monday: Bubbles

Here’s a fun way to make your own bubbles.

What You’ll Need:

-1 cup water

-cups or small bowls

-2 tablespoons of dish soap

-1 tablespoon of glycerin

-pipe cleaners

Combine the dish soap, water and glycerin in a cup or small bowl. Bend the pipe cleaner into the bubble wand shape you desire. Blow into the enclosed part of the wand and watch the bubbles take off!
