Just in time for Thanksgiving, our activity today is creating a Gratitude Pumpkin.
What you will need:
-orange and green construction paper
-scissors
-sharpies
-stapler
Instructions: Give students three strips of orange construction paper and a cut out of leaves from the green construction paper. Have students use a sharpie to write what they are grateful for. Then arrange the strips in the form of an x with a line through it and staple. Next, pull the ends of the strips together at the top, add the green construction paper leaf and staple. Teachers, parents and guardians, love receiving these as a gift!
